Application Privacy Notice

This notice describes what happens when you complete the startup application in INCUB8 Space. Read it together with our website Privacy Policy.

Who receives your application

The programme team receives your application in its private Zoho application table. For questions, contact [email protected]. The website operator is Home of Startups Accelerator LLC (HOSA LLC), registration number 44511508. Full contact details and information about your rights are in the website Privacy Policy.

What you share and why

We ask for your contact details, startup location, sector, stage, university affiliation, product and market information, team details, programme expectations and declarations. These answers enable the team to review your application and contact you about participation. You may optionally attach a pitch deck and answer the Inclusive Track questions.

Inclusive Track questions are voluntary. You can skip them or choose “Prefer not to say”. They help the team understand support needs. Do not include identity documents, medical records, passwords or unnecessary personal information. Only share information about team members that you are authorised to provide.

How submission works

When you submit, your answers and optional PDF are sent to Zoho Forms in our European Zoho account. Answers are saved in Zoho Forms and automatically added to the programme team's Zoho Sheet. Pitch decks are stored in a private Zoho WorkDrive folder. The table and files are not published on the website. No application emails or automatic confirmation emails are sent.

Wait for Zoho's confirmation page to confirm successful submission. No application is sent while you are completing the form or saving a local draft. The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Drafts on your device

Draft saving is optional. Clicking “Save draft” stores your answers in this browser and enables auto-save. The saved draft can be restored for 30 days; expired drafts are removed the next time you open the form. A draft may include your voluntary answers. Save only on a trusted device. Use “Delete saved draft” to remove it. PDFs are not saved in the browser and must be attached again when you return.

After submission

The programme team reviews applications. This form does not automatically select or reject applicants. Submitting does not subscribe you to marketing. Applications stored in Zoho follow the retention principles described in the website Privacy Policy. To ask about your application, request a correction or deletion, or exercise your data rights, email [email protected] and include your application reference.
